FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Session fee: $120 for a 50 minute session.

I do not accept insurance but will provide a superbill for those who would like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement. Remaining off insurance panels ensures our sessions together are respectful of your timeline, needs and confidentiality. Please check with your insurance policy for your out-of-network benefits. I accept all major credit cards, including FSA and HSA cards, through the secure client portal.

In order to best serve all of my clients and to be able to accommodate those on a waiting list, clients must give at least 24 hours notice when it is necessary to cancel an appointment. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or not showing up to an appointment will result in a charge of the hourly rate for the missed appointment.  If you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please log in to the client portal or contact me at (314) 328-9841.
